8 fecha: EKO Acropolis Rally Greece 2026. La previa 58 inscritos se citan en el Acrpolis con cambios histricos  El legendario Rally de Acrpolis ha desvelado su lista de inscritos para la edicin de 2026, que contar con 12 coches Rally1 en la categora reina. La prueba estrena este ao base en Loutraki (a 80 km de Atenas) en lugar de Lamia, e incluir una novedosa travesa en ferry a travs del golfo de Corinto que tambin servir como parque cerrado flotante. El vigente campen de constructores Toyota lidera la inscripcin con cinco unidades, seguido de M-Sport Ford (cuatro) y Hyundai (tres). La cita, del 25 al 28 de junio, pondr a prueba la resistencia de pilotos y mquinas en uno de los rallies ms legendarios del mundo.
El Acropolis Rally experimentar cambios significativos en 2026. Desde su regreso al calendario del Campeonato del Mundo de Rallyes de la FIA (WRC) en 2021, la prueba se haba celebrado en Lamia, a unas dos horas al norte de Atenas. Este verano, sin embargo, regresa a otra base conocida, Loutraki, situada aproximadamente a 80 kilmetros al oeste de Atenas. El rally de este ao contar con 17 tramos en las regiones de tica, Peloponeso y Grecia Central, que sumarn unos 320 kilmetros competitivos. El Acropolis Rally se celebrar del 25 al 28 de junio. Los coches y las tripulaciones subirn a un barco en el puerto de Corinto y sern transportados a travs del golfo de Corinto hasta la localidad de Itea antes de los tramos del viernes. La travesa martima ahorrar tiempo y simplificar la logstica para los equipos. El barco tambin servir como parque cerrado flotante durante la noche, y los pilotos y copilotos tendrn incluso la opcin de pasar la noche a bordo. TOYOTA APUESTA FUERTE CON CINCO RALLY1 El vigente campen del mundo de constructores, Toyota, llega a Grecia con una fuerte alineacin de cinco coches Rally1. El lder del campeonato, Elfyn Evans, estar acompaado por Takamoto Katsuta, Oliver Solberg, Sbastien Ogier y Sami Pajari. Hyundai alinear tres coches Rally1. Adems de los pilotos habituales Thierry Neuville y Adrien Fourmaux, Dani Sordo regresa para pilotar el tercer coche del equipo despus de su ltima participacin en Portugal. M-Sport Ford inscribir cuatro coches Rally1. Adems de la dupla irlandesa formada por Josh McErlean y Jon Armstrong, la alineacin incluye a Mārtiņ Sesks y al piloto gentleman Jourdan Serderidis. WRC2: KORHONEN BUSCA EL LIDERATO ANTE LA AUSENCIA DE GRYAZIN Un total de 30 tripulaciones se han inscrito en la categora WRC2. Entre ellos se encuentran Yohan Rossel y Gus Greensmith, ambos finalizaron en el podio el ao pasado. El finlands Roope Korhonen tambin est entre los participantes. Actualmente ocupa el segundo puesto compartido en la clasificacin del campeonato WRC2. El lder del campeonato, Nikolay Gryazin, que se impuso en Japn, no se ha inscrito en el evento. Como resultado, Korhonen tiene la oportunidad de convertirse en el lder del campeonato WRC2 con un buen resultado en Grecia.
